Id Est Hospitality is looking for a front of house professional for their bakery and cafe concept, Dry Storage, in Boulder, CO. Looking for an individual to be the face of our cafe...handcrafting espresso and coffee drinks, serving bakery items and snacks while maintaining the cafe's interior and patio as a clean, friendly and open environment. An affinity for organic agriculture and interest in epicurean lifestyle is a plus! Although prior barista experience is not required, having a good understanding and appreciation for coffee and espresso and openness to continually develop beverage skills and knowledge are. We are a small team that share responsibility for a clean and smooth operation for our cafe. Flexibility and ability to cross train is integral to being part of the team as we foster a supportive environment geared towards daily improvement and mutual success. Self-motivation, ability to work efficiently and well with others in a fast paced environment and excellent people skills are a must. Our location is open Tuesday thru Sunday from 8am-2pm with shifts typically running 7am to 3pm.
