In collaboration with BRUTØ, we are releasing a limited run of 500 one-kilogram bags of single origin, stone-milled rye flour.
BRUTØ is known for pushing the boundaries of live-fire cooking and fermentation. Dry Storage is devoted to protecting farmland and reviving flavor-driven grains. Together, we set out to create a rye flour that reflects chef precision, agricultural integrity, and terroir-specific flavor.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the RYE RESURGENCE PROJECT, a regional initiative used to conserve water, prevent soil erosion and dust-storm “brown outs” resulting in school closures in the San Luis Valley.
